Dr. Lloydstone L. Jacobs II, MD
Dr. Jacobs is a family medicine physician who has been in practice since 2000. Dr. Jacobs practices the full spectrum of primary care and correctional medicine, managing all health conditions. He emphasizes a biopsychosocial approach to health, which allows him to deliver a personalized care of the whole person. Dr. Jacobs’s ultimate goal is to use the skills and knowledge he has acquired during his medical school, research, residency, medical practice and life experiences to bring a high quality of medical care to his patients.
Dr. Jacobs completed a Master’s degree at Fordham University in cell biology, which led to four years of basic research at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, working with Dr. Raul Fleischmajor and Dr. Paul Contard—principal investigators in the fields of collagen fibrillogenesis and skin kinetics respectively. He graduated from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, and completed his residency at Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY.
In his spare time, Dr. Jacobs enjoys spending time with his children, playing Cricket, writing poetry and reading.
